Mr. Beres'' presentation and activity was entitled "I bought a ranch, now how about the cows?" Students worked in teams to determine forage yield on their new ranch, then they calculated stocking rate (based on their forage yield) for sheep, goats, deer, horses, buffalo and even elephants!
